What is the proper way to check the oil level in an Audi car?

I recently purchased an Audi and I want to make sure I maintain it properly. I am not sure how to check the oil level. Can someone guide me through the steps?

To check the oil level in your Audi, start by making sure your car is on a level surface and the engine is turned off. Locate the dipstick, usually with a yellow handle, and remove it from the engine. Wipe it clean with a cloth, then reinsert it fully and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the two designated marks on the dipstick. If it is below the minimum mark, add more oil as needed, but do not overfill.
