What type of oil should I use in my Audi 80?

I recently purchased a 1992 Audi 80 and I'm unsure of what type of oil to use in it. I've heard conflicting opinions, can someone please advise me on the best type of oil to use in my car?

You should use synthetic oil in your Audi 80 for better engine performance and longevity.
