You should use a fully-synthetic transmission fluid that meets the specifications of Audi 80. I personally recommend Valvoline's MaxLife Multi-Vehicle Full Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid, which is compatible with your car.

I have an Audi 80 as well, and I use Motul Multi DCTF Synthetic Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid. It works great and I've had no issues with it so far.
