Why do Audi 80 ABS lights flash during braking?

I recently noticed that the ABS lights on my Audi 80 start to flash while I am braking. It doesn't affect the braking performance, but I am worried if there is a larger issue at hand.

The flashing ABS lights may be caused by a faulty ABS sensor. It is important to get it checked by a professional as soon as possible.

I had a similar issue with my Audi 80 and it turned out to be a malfunctioning brake fluid sensor. It is a relatively easy fix, but don't ignore it.

Make sure to check your ABS fuse as well. A blown fuse can cause the lights to flash.
