Why does my 2020 Audi A4 have a rough idle when in park or neutral?

I recently purchased a brand new 2020 Audi A4 and I've noticed that when the car is in park or neutral, the engine feels rough and shaky. It seems to smooth out once I put the car in drive. What could be causing this issue?
