Why does my Audi 80 make a clicking sound when I turn the steering wheel?

I've noticed that when I turn the steering wheel in my Audi 80, there is a clicking sound coming from the driver's side. It only happens when I turn to the right and it is more noticeable at lower speeds. What could be causing this issue?

The most common cause of this clicking sound is a worn out CV joint. This is a crucial part of your car's steering system responsible for transferring power from the engine to the wheels. It is recommended to have it inspected and replaced by a certified mechanic as soon as possible.
