Why does my Audi A2 make a clicking sound when I turn the steering wheel?

I recently noticed that my Audi A2 makes a clicking or knocking sound every time I turn the steering wheel. It seems to be coming from the front of the car. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

The clicking sound is likely caused by a worn out CV joint. This is a common issue with older Audi A2 models and can be easily fixed by replacing the CV joint. It's important to get this checked and repaired as soon as possible to prevent further damage to your car.

Make sure to check your power steering fluid levels. If the fluid is low, it could be causing the clicking sound. Simply topping off the fluid should fix the issue. If not, it could be a sign of a more serious problem and you should take your car to a mechanic.

The clicking sound could also be caused by a loose or worn out tie rod end. This part connects the steering mechanism to the wheel and can become worn over time. It's important to get this checked and replaced if necessary to ensure safe driving.
