Why does my Audi A2 make a rattling noise when I accelerate?

I have noticed that my Audi A2 makes a rattling noise when I accelerate, but it stops when I release the gas pedal. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue and I want to make sure it's nothing serious. Can anyone provide insight into why this could be happening?

It sounds like you may have a loose or damaged exhaust shield. This can often cause a rattling noise when accelerating. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have them inspect and potentially replace the exhaust shield if necessary.

I've experienced the same issue with my Audi A2. After some research, I found that it could also be caused by a faulty engine mount. I would suggest having a mechanic check this out to see if it needs to be replaced.
