Why does my Audi A3 make a clicking sound when turning?

I noticed that my Audi A3 makes a clicking sound when I turn my steering wheel. Is this a cause for concern? What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?

The clicking sound is most likely coming from the CV joints. This could be due to a lack of lubrication or damage to the CV boots. It's best to get this checked by a mechanic.

Another possible cause could be worn out steering components such as tie rods or ball joints. These should be inspected and replaced if necessary.
