Why does my Audi A3 make a grinding noise when I turn left?

I recently noticed that my Audi A3 makes a loud grinding noise when I make sharp left turns. It doesn't happen when turning right. Any insight on what could be causing this issue? Thanks!

Possible cause could be a worn out CV joint. Check for any damage or wear on the CV boots and replace as necessary. It's a good idea to have a mechanic take a look at it to properly diagnose the issue.

Another potential cause could be a faulty wheel bearing. This can cause a grinding noise when turning, especially if the noise gets louder when making sharper turns. Have a mechanic check the wheel bearings and replace them if necessary.
