Why does my Audi A3 make a grinding noise when turning?

I recently noticed a grinding noise coming from the front end of my Audi A3 whenever I turn the steering wheel, especially at low speeds. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is likely that your wheel bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. This can happen over time due to normal wear and tear. Seek a professional mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue.

Check your power steering fluid levels. If they are low, it could be causing the grinding noise when steering. Simply top up the fluid to the recommended level and see if the noise goes away.
