Why does my Audi Q5 make a whining noise when turning?

I've noticed a whining noise coming from my Audi Q5 whenever I make a sharp turn. It seems to be coming from the front wheels. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The most likely cause of the whining noise when turning is a worn CV joint. This can be caused by lack of lubrication or simply normal wear and tear. It is recommended to take your car to a mechanic for further inspection and proper repairs.
