Why does the Audi R8 V10 sound different from the V10 Plus?

I have noticed that the Audi R8 V10 and V10 Plus have slightly different engine sounds, even though they have the same engine. Can someone explain why this is and which one sounds better?

The difference in sound can be attributed to the exhaust system. The V10 Plus has a sports exhaust system that allows for a more aggressive and louder sound compared to the standard V10.
