Why is my Audi A1 making a rattling noise when I press on the gas?

I've noticed that when I press on the gas pedal, my Audi A1 makes a rattling noise. The noise stops when I release the pedal. What could be causing this issue?

This may be due to a loose heat shield on your exhaust system. Check for any loose or damaged heat shields and have them repaired if necessary.

Another possible cause could be a failing engine mount. This can cause the engine to vibrate and create a rattling noise. Have a mechanic check the engine mounts and replace if needed.

It could also be an issue with the fuel system, such as a clogged fuel filter or a problem with the fuel injectors. Have a mechanic inspect and diagnose the fuel system to determine the cause of the rattling noise.
