Why is my Audi A2 making a grinding noise?

I've noticed that my Audi A2 has been making a grinding noise when I start the engine. It seems to go away after a few minutes, but I'm worried that it might be a sign of a more serious problem. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The grinding noise could be caused by a few different things. It's possible that there is an issue with the starter or the alternator. It could also be a problem with the transmission or the serpentine belt. I recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have it checked out as soon as possible.

I had a similar issue with my Audi A2 and it turned out to be a worn out belt. The grinding noise is often a sign of a worn out or loose belt. Get the belt replaced and the noise should go away.
