Why is my Audi A5 making a grinding noise when I turn?

I recently noticed that my Audi A5 is making a strange grinding noise whenever I turn a corner. It seems to be coming from the front of the car and gets worse when I turn to the left. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

The grinding noise could be due to a problem with your steering system, such as a worn out CV joint or a faulty steering pump. It's important to get this checked out by a mechanic as soon as possible before it leads to further damage.

Another possible cause could be worn out brake pads or rotors. When they start to wear down, they can make a grinding noise when turning. You should have your brakes inspected and replaced if necessary.
