ReplyThe most common reason for an unresponsive MMI screen is dirt and dust build-up. Try using a soft, lint-free cloth to gently clean the screen and see if that solves the issue.
If cleaning the screen doesn't work, you may need to recalibrate the touchscreen. To do this, go to the MMI settings and select 'Calibrate Screen'. Follow the instructions and see if that improves the responsiveness.
In some cases, the issue may be caused by a software glitch. Try restarting your Audi's MMI system by holding down the power button for 10 seconds. If that doesn't work, try resetting the system to factory settings.
