Why is there a knocking noise coming from my Audi A4 engine?

I have noticed a knocking noise coming from my Audi A4 engine recently. It only happens when the engine is warm and under load. Can someone please explain why this is happening and what I can do to fix it?

The knocking noise could be caused by worn engine bearings or excessive engine detonation. I recommend taking your car to a trusted mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue before it causes further damage.

This could be due to a faulty fuel injector or low oil pressure. I suggest getting your car checked by a professional mechanic to properly diagnose and fix the issue.

The knocking noise is most likely caused by a lack of lubrication in the engine. I recommend changing your engine oil and filter regularly to prevent this issue from occurring.
