Why does my Audi A4 have a noise when I turn the steering wheel?

I have noticed that whenever I turn the steering wheel of my Audi A4, there is a strange noise. It's not necessarily a loud noise, but it's definitely noticeable. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

It is possible that your power steering fluid is running low. Check your fluid levels and top off if necessary. However, if the noise persists, it could be a sign of a more serious issue.

Another potential cause for the noise could be a worn out steering belt. If you notice any cracks or wear on the belt, it may need to be replaced.
