My MMI system in my Audi A6 seems to be frozen and unresponsive. I have tried turning it off and on, but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a way to reset the system without having to go to the dealership?
ReplyTo reset your MMI system, press and hold the MENU button, central control knob, and top right control knob at the same time. Hold for about 10 seconds until the Audi MMI screen turns off and release all buttons. This should reset the system and it should work properly afterwards.
Sometimes an MMI system can get stuck due to a software glitch. Try disconnecting your car battery for 10-15 minutes and then reconnecting it. This should reset the system and fix any issues.
