How can I reset the Audi A1's MMI infotainment system?

I'm having trouble with my Audi A1's MMI infotainment system and I can't seem to fix it. Has anyone encountered this issue?

You may need to reset the MMI infotainment system's software by holding down the MENU button for 10 seconds. This should clear any glitches or bugs.
