To reset the Tire Pressure Monitoring System on your Audi Q5, follow these steps: 1. Start the engine and turn on the hazard warning lights. 2. Press the Car button on the MMI control panel. 3. Select Servicing & Checks from the MMI menu. 4. Select Tire Pressure Monitoring from the servicing list. 5. Select Set tire pressures to the current values. 6. Confirm the reset by pressing Yes on the MMI display.

If your Audi Q5 is equipped with the Tyre Mobility System (TMS) rather than a spare tire, you can use the TMS to reset your Tire Pressure Monitoring System. Simply follow the instructions on the TMS kit, which should be in your vehicle's trunk.
