How can I update the software on my Audi A3?

I've been having trouble figuring out how to update the software on my Audi A3. Is there a specific process I need to follow?

First, make sure your Audi A3 is connected to a stable WiFi network. Then, go to the settings menu and select 'Software Update'. From there, follow the prompts and your software should update easily.

I had the same issue and couldn't figure it out initially. Turns out, you need to have an active Audi Connect subscription in order to update the software. Once I renewed my subscription, I was able to update my software without any problems.
