How do I synchronize my phone with my Audi's infotainment system?

I just bought a new Audi and I'm having trouble connecting my phone to the car's infotainment system. I have a Samsung Galaxy S10 and I'm not sure what steps I need to take to get them to sync. Can anyone guide me in the right direction?

To sync your phone with your Audi's infotainment system, first make sure that your phone supports Bluetooth and that it is turned on. Then, go into your Audi's infotainment settings and select the option to add a new device. Your phone should appear in the list of available devices, so select it and follow the prompts to complete the pairing process. It may also be helpful to consult your Audi owner's manual for specific instructions.

I've had success syncing my Samsung Galaxy S10 with my Audi's infotainment system by first making sure that my phone's Bluetooth is turned on and then searching for my Audi's device name in my phone's Bluetooth settings. Once I select my car's name, the pairing process is pretty straightforward. If you continue to have trouble, try resetting the Bluetooth on both devices and starting over. Good luck!

I have a similar issue with my iPhone and Audi infotainment system. One thing that has helped is making sure that both devices are on the same network, as sometimes there can be connectivity issues if they are not. Also, double check that your phone's software is up to date and that you have the latest version of the Audi Connect app installed. Hope this helps.
