How to reset the MMI system on Audi A4?

I'm experiencing some issues with my Audi A4's MMI system. How can I reset it to its factory settings?

To reset the MMI system on your Audi A4, first turn off the ignition and wait for about 30 seconds. Then, hold down the MENU, CAR, and SETUP buttons all at the same time. After a few seconds, the MMI system will reboot and reset to its factory settings.

If the above method does not work, you can also try disconnecting the car's battery for about 5 minutes. This will clear any cached data and reset the MMI system.
