What is the recommended transmission fluid for an Audi 80?

I am planning on changing the transmission fluid on my Audi 80, but I am unsure what type of fluid is recommended. Can someone provide some insight on which fluid to use?

Audi recommends using an ATF fluid, specifically the G 052 162 A2 fluid, for the Audi 80's automatic transmission.

If you prefer a synthetic fluid, you can also use the Pentosin ATF1 oil for your Audi 80's transmission.

I have personally used the Redline D4 ATF fluid in my Audi 80 and have had no issues. Highly recommend it.
