It is possible that your Audi 80's wheel bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have them inspect and replace the bearings if needed.

The grinding noise could be coming from worn out brake pads. Check your brake pads for any signs of wear and replace them if necessary. If the noise persists, it could also be an issue with your brake calipers.

Another possible cause could be a problem with your power steering system. Check the power steering fluid level and top it off if needed. If the noise continues, it may be a sign of a more serious issue and you should have it checked by a mechanic.
