Why does my Audi A4 make a clicking noise when turning?

I've recently noticed a strange clicking noise coming from my Audi A4 every time I make a sharp turn. It seems to be coming from the front wheels, but I'm not sure what's causing it. Any ideas?

It could be an issue with the CV joints or axle shafts, which can cause a clicking noise when turning. I recommend taking your car to a mechanic to have it checked out.

Have you recently changed your tires? If the clicking noise started after a tire change, it could be a sign of improperly installed lug nuts. Make sure they are tightened properly.
