The clicking noise when turning the steering wheel is often caused by a worn or damaged CV joint. It's important to get this repaired as soon as possible before it leads to more serious issues.

Check the power steering fluid level and make sure it's at the recommended level. Low fluid can also cause clicking or popping noises when turning the steering wheel.
