Why is my Audi 80 making a strange sound when I turn the steering wheel?

Recently, I noticed that my Audi 80 makes a strange noise when I turn the steering wheel. It's difficult to pinpoint exactly what the sound is, but it's definitely coming from the wheels or suspension. I'm worried it could be a serious issue and I don't want to risk damaging my car. Has anyone else experienced this problem or have any idea what could be causing it?

It's possible that your wheel bearings are worn out or have become damaged. This can cause a grinding or rumbling noise when turning the steering wheel. I would recommend taking your car to a mechanic for a proper diagnosis and repair.
