Why is my Audi A3 producing a strange noise while accelerating?

I recently bought an Audi A3 and noticed that it is making a strange noise while accelerating. It sounds like a grinding or scraping noise. It's only happening while I am accelerating, and it seems to get worse when I go faster. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

This could be due to a number of reasons, such as worn brake pads, a faulty transmission, or a damaged CV joint. It is best to take your car to a mechanic as soon as possible to diagnose the issue and get it fixed.

I had a similar issue with my Audi A3 and it turned out to be a loose heat shield. Make sure to check all the heat shields around the exhaust and secure them if necessary.

Check the engine mounts for any signs of wear or damage. If they are worn out, it could be causing the engine to vibrate and produce the strange noise.
