Why is my Audi A6 making a strange clicking noise?

I recently started to hear a clicking noise coming from somewhere in my Audi A6. It doesn't seem to affect performance, but it's quite annoying. Any ideas on what could be causing this and how to fix it?

The clicking noise could be caused by a number of issues, such as a faulty CV joint, worn out suspension components, or loose brake pads. It's best to bring your car to a certified mechanic for a thorough inspection and diagnosis.

It's possible that the clicking noise is coming from a loose belt in your engine. Check the tension of all your belts and tighten or replace them if needed.

If the clicking noise is only present when turning, it could be a sign of worn out or damaged wheel bearings. Have them checked and replaced if necessary by a professional technician.
