I recently noticed that my windshield wipers on my Audi A6 are not working as well as they used to. How can I check and replace them?
ReplyFirst, lift the wiper arm up and away from the windshield. Then, check the condition of the wiper blade. If it is cracked or worn, it is time to replace it.
Next, turn the wiper blade perpendicular to the arm and push the release tab, sliding the blade off the arm. Then, position the new blade on the arm and push the release tab to secure it.
Finally, make sure the wipers are functioning properly by testing them on a wet windshield before hitting the road. Remember to replace your wipers every 6-12 months for optimal performance.
