My Audi A2's air conditioning system doesn't seem to be working properly. The air coming out of the vents is not cold and there is also a strange odor. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?
ReplyCheck the pressure of the refrigerant in your A/C system. A low pressure could indicate a leak or a blockage which would need to be fixed before recharging the system. For a quick fix, you can also add some refrigerant with stop-leak to seal any potential leaks.
Inspect the A/C compressor for any damage or signs of wear and tear. It could be causing the strange odor and also be the reason for a lack of cold air being produced. If damaged, it will need to be replaced.
