Is the regeneration braking system in the Audi e-Tron adjustable?

I've heard that regenerative braking can be fairly jarring in electric cars. Is it possible to adjust or disable it in the e-Tron?

Yes, the e-Tron does have an adjustable regenerative braking system. You can switch between three levels of regenerative braking through the MMI touch response system.
